I chose this particular image because it's completely true. In order to learn and grow as a student you must make mistakes so you know whats wrong and how you can get it right. Making a mistake allows you to learn more effectively as a student. The image states, "Mistakes provide the next lesson", which is accurate because once you make a mistake you can move knowing that you will probably never make that particular mistake again. If you get something right on the first try, your not really learning nearly as much if it took you a few attempts to achieve your desired goal because your not getting constructive feedback which will enable you to do better in the future.

I chose this image because it demonstrates an accurate representation on how I can sometimes feel about receiving feedback. Often I am not looking forward to getting feedback because I'm worried that it might be only negative feedback. What you have to remember is that feedback is not a personal critique on you but it is constructive feedback on your work. Getting negative feedback is something not to fear because it will most likely enable you to know what you did wrong in the first place and what way you should done it. It feel that it can help you a lot more than if you only purely get positive feedback and no critiques whatsoever. Remember when feedback is constructive, fair and given by someone who only wants you to do your best then it shouldn't make you feel uncomfortable when receiving it.

Introduction Post: The best class that I took last semester was 'Design Process & Practice'. I really enjoyed this module last semester because I found it to be very interesting and creative. I really enjoyed using the program, 'Illustrator' when I was making posters, leaflets and some lab task work. I found it to be exciting because it was a module where I could let my creativity fly! Final Game Design Document

I have completed my final GDD (Game Design Document). My previous GDD didn't have enough detailed information in it where I would be able to hand it over to games developer and programmer. It would have not been enough information for my game to be produced and made the way that I wanted. Therefore I updated my DunDoc . Welcome back to my blog! Today, I will be discussing my chosen game genre and what the game-play of my game will be like. The genre that I chosen for my game is a children's interactive educational story based game. The style of the game will be simplistic yet, cute meaning that I will have 'cute' looking characters in my game to appeal to children. The game will be colourful and 'animated' looking meaning, it won't have a realistic style to it. I believe choosing this type of style will appeal to my target audience for my game.
